1 Week of Hands-On Experience

After your virtual training, you’ll spend a week at our headquarters with our Franchise Founder, Spencer Freiman, and two of our technicians for an intensive hands-on training experience. Here, you’ll work under the guidance of our expert trainers, practicing everything from designing intricate lighting systems to installing them on different types of properties. By the end of this week, you will be ready to hit the ground running. We highly encourage you to bring other members of your field team to this part of the training experience.
